making the work of foundations easier with open data and AI!

From 24 to 26 August 2018, the second edition of BärnHäckt takes place. There is a whole series of exciting challenges to rock – or rather, to hack. For example, the Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations has submitted an exciting challenge to BärnHäckt: using open data and AI, the reporting of foundations and auditors as well as the supervisory function of the foundation supervisory authority are to be automated as far as possible. The aim is to use the available data sources to develop unconventional and surprising solution concepts, so that everyone involved becomes more efficient and can concentrate on what really matters! Anyone who works somewhere in the IT field can take part in BärnHäckt: from developers and IT architects to business engineers or UX designers. Participation as a hacker is free of charge and includes meals, overnight accommodation on campus and everything else you need over a weekend.
