opendata.ch: the sequel

The opendata.ch 2011 conference is behind us, and it is becoming clear that the successful event deserves not only a comprehensive review, but also close attention to its consequences – for the ball is definitely rolling.

Events

A wide range of workshops and events on Open Government Data are currently taking place, many of them internally within the federal administration and the cantons, but some also open to the public. We are happy to draw your attention to the following events:

• 22.09: eCH Open Government Data event, Zurich Altstetten
• 30.09 and 01.10: `make.opendata.ch 2011`, the first Open Data Camp for developers, designers and citizens, Zurich and Lausanne. More soon on opendata.ch!
• 15.11: 5th National eGovernment Symposium focusing on Open Government, Bern

In addition, the still young community meets at regular intervals, accompanied by a lively exchange via the mailing list.
